SHIPPING POLICY

At Norabugs, we take care to ensure that your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner.

Here’s what you need to know:

Shipping Regions: We currently ship to the United States (via Nora’s grandmother, fondly known as "Grabby") and to France and Central Europe (shipped directly by Nora).
Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
Shipping Method: We offer standard shipping only, and while we use the most cost-effective shipping providers available, you’ll always receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your package.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are fixed for most orders. However, larger orders may incur higher or custom shipping fees, which will be communicated to you before checkout.

REFUNDS POLICY

At Norabugs, we want you to be happy with your purchase! However, as all items are handmade and created by a young entrepreneur, we ask for a little grace. Here’s our policy:

Refunds: We offer refunds for missing orders, duplicate or accidental charges, and items that arrive damaged. Please contact us within 30 days of your order if any of these apply.
Broken Items: If your item arrives broken, we’ll refund your payment. No need to send the item back—just let us know, and we’ll take care of it.
Non-Refundable: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the product looks slightly different than in the product photos (small variations may occur).
Processing Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
